Some staff are routinely rude or dismissive and make me feel invisible. Others genuinely seem to care how I am and want to help, and therefore do help.
Suggested improvements
Timely care plan considered and provided. More therapeutic input, group or individual. More respectful manner from some staff, maybe don't close the door in people's faces. Better food.

I was not informed about my situation. The reason stated was untrue, I did not consent to medication but received it.

Ask, talk, understand human and religious rights. The agency staff are not nice.
